Return & Refund Policy Official Terms and Conditions

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return of products purchased from Hey Homey, LLC (“Hey Homey”) by any purchaser (“Customer”). By purchasing products from Hey Homey, Customer agrees to the terms set forth below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Customer may request to return eligible products within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
1.2. All returned products must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
1.3. Customer must provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
1.4. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items;

  • Customized or personalized products;

  • Gift cards or digital goods.

2. Return Authorization Process

2.1. Customer must contact Hey Homey at info@heyhomeyofficial.com to request a Return Authorization (“RA”) number before returning any product.
2.2. Returns sent without a valid RA number will not be accepted and may be refused at delivery.
2.3. Customer must package the product securely. Hey Homey is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during return shipping.

3. Refunds

3.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Hey Homey will notify Customer of approval or denial of the return.
3.2. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to the processing times of Customer’s financial institution.
3.3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error by Hey Homey (e.g., shipment of an incorrect or defective product).

4. Exchanges

4.1. Exchanges are permitted only for products of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
4.2. If the requested exchange product is unavailable, Hey Homey may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or store credit.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

5.1. Customer must inspect all products upon delivery.
5.2. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be submitted to Hey Homey within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
5.3. If verified, Hey Homey will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to Customer.

6. Return Shipping Costs

6.1. Except as provided in Section 5, Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
6.2. If Hey Homey provides a prepaid shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from the Customer’s refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Hey Homey’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Policy shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by Customer for the product at issue.
7.2. This Policy does not limit any rights Customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws, to the extent such rights are non-waivable.
7.3. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and is void where prohibited by law.
