9. Governing Law

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally between Customer and Hey Homey.
10.2. If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and are void where prohibited by law.
10.3. Customer waives the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action lawsuit, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.

11. Modifications

Hey Homey reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Customer’s continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms, except where such modifications are prohibited by law.
